The Donelson Fence Project Day 2 and Finished

The completed project was so great it literally brought tears to my eyes.
This was a completely volunteer funded project for a woman that no one involved knew personally. All we knew was she loved her dogs and she needed our help. That level of humanity is rare and I was so overwhelmed at being able to be a part of it.

The Donelson Fence Project Day 1

A good rescue friend and neighbor of mine, Tamasine Singer, organized MTPRC and helps organize a lot of volunteer projects around Nashville for outside dogs.
Tamasine saw this woman's dog outside chained and asked her if she would be willing to allow us to build a fence for her dogs so that they could come off the chains.
She agreed and with the help of some truly wonderful people; we were able to get more than enough supplies and people to build a fence for these babies.
This Saturday was day one. (The concrete for the posts has to dry before you can put up the chainlink.) We finish next weekend.
