1 cup flour
1tsp baking soda
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup shreded carrots
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup honey
1 egg
Mix flour and baking soda. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Spoon into greased cupcake pan or cake pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Let cool and then frost with cream cheese.
